USB-6009 set

hey guys,
i just inherited a USB-6009 multifunction DAQ and i was wondering what was supposed to come with it and if anything is missing.
i have the DAQ itself, and the two screw terminal blocks as well as a USB connection cable.
However i have no software or driver CD. i am running this on windows XP.
my questions are:
Does any version of LabVIEW come with this device? i found an evaluation CD, of labveiw8. that does this allow me to do
What version of NI-DAQmx do i need?
Do i need ot install anything else?

No version of LabVIEW is given with the device. it has to be purchased ( probably cannot be 'inherited' )seperately
