USB-6211 green led off !

Hi,

it seems that my USB-6211 card stopped working!

I bought the card in January 2011 and worked until yesterday.

Connecting the cable to the USB port of my PC the USB-6211 green led is now off !

The card is not recognized within MAX: it is not possible to run self-test and the test panel.

Is there some check to perform before assuming that NI Assistance is needed?

Tried a different computer?
What's Device Manager say?
Tried a different cable?
