USB 6251 "no supported devices found",Why??

After  installed software in CD,I plug USB-6251 into PC,pc can detect the USB device and we can see "Data Acquisition Devices"in the DevicesManager,but the problem is VI Logger show "no supported devices found "when I creat task,Why?

The imformation about my PC : Windows XP, LabVIEW 8.2 support,LabVIEW 8.0 support,LabVIEW 7.1 support,VI Logger 2.0

I have restalled the sofeware many times,it still can't work,what should I do????

Thank you!! USB-6251 can work normally after I installed NIDAQ850.The strange thing is why it can't work when installed NIDAQ830!
