Sorry if I'm putting this is the wrong place, but I could not find a method of finding customer service from NI for a piece of their hardware.
I have a USB-TC01 that recently no longer works. I've had it for less than 6 months. Previously I had three occasions when the device would not work (no communications) because a process was already using it. Trying to self-test in MAX has the same result. I simply reset the PC and the USB-TC01 worked again.
Now the device cannot ever get communications. I cannot run any self-test in MAX. I removed the device, deleted the item from MAX, then inserted the device to my PC again. MAX sees the device, but can't see the serial number nor can it self-test.
Has anyone else had this issue with the device?
