USB and DAQ interface

I am trying to develop a data acquisition program that acquires analog signals using continonous buffered acqusition as well as acquiring data via a USB port. I wish both data streams to be coordinated in time so that my two channel display has the same time base.

This certainly sounds reasonable. If you are using NI hardware, you should start by looking at the DAQ shipping examples. If you are using LabVIEW, you can browse to them through the help menu, otherwise there are some in your ...\NI-DAQ\Examples folder. Furthermore, you may also find something useful in our "Code Library."
