Using PCB piezotronics accelerometer with BNC2110 and DAQ6323

I am attempting to read vibration data from a PCB triaxial accelerometer that is processed by a PCB signal processor that outputs +/- full scale analog voltage. I am connecting the output via BNC cables to the BNC-2110 terminal block which attaches to the DAQ (PCIe-6323). The accelerometer output is single-ended so I've tried using both RSE and NRSE modes to read the data in NI MAX but have been unable to get anything out. I've also tried using LABVIEWs DAQmx program with no luck. Any suggestions would be helpful!

Please share your connection schematic. Have you tried the DAQmx Test Panels?

Yes, I have been using DAQmx Test Panels to troubleshoot the setup.  I don't have diagrams to share but the connections are 3 BNC cables outputting analog voltage from the Signal conditioner to the BNC2110 to AI0, AI2, AI4. the BNC2110 is connected to the DAQ. I have attached of the conditioner outputs and the BNC2110 inputs.

Are the outputs of the conditioner set to AC coupling- if so, you will not see any static signals, just dynamic ones.
