Using time interleaved sampling (TIS) to get the highest sampling rate from my DAQ card

Solved!
Go to solution

I've tried enabling TIS using property nodes for the appropriate channel and disabling TIS for the channels I don't want to use. When I do this I get the following error:

niScope Read Cluster.vi:1<ERR>Internal Software Error occurred in Scopes software. Please contact National Instruments Support.

Component Name: nihsdru
File Name: p:\Measurements\highSpeedDigitizers\hsd\driver\trunk\1.10\source\redirection\tHardware.cpp
Line Number: 1038

Status Code: -223425

Any ideas of what to do?

Hello Rob,

Sorry for the late reply, but if you haven't contacted support through phone or email yet I would be willing to help you out. In order to fully troubleshoot this issue more information is needed, especially the specific digitizer you are using (including part #) and the version of NI-Scope that you have installed on your development machine.

Depending on this information there may be some simple steps you can take to attempt to correct this issue. The first would be making sure that you are using the most current version of NI-Scope, NI-Scope 3.5.1.

Please let me know the exact device you are using and the results of upgrading to the most current driver version (if you haven't already) and I will look into it further

Dan King
