Verifying MAX calibration

Hi,

I have used the MAX calibration wizard to set the calibration table for an analogue sensor.  I now wish to verify this using an external standard, and would prefer to see a numeric display of the measured value, similar to that seen in the Calibration Wizard.  Is there a tool anywhere in MAX that can give me a numeric display of the value, or are there only graphs?

Hi Ian,

Depending on the device you have you could use the DAQ Assistant to display just a numeric value. If you create a new voltage task for the device and channels you want to measure then you can set the display type within the task configuration to Table.

Jon,

Thanks for that.  I did manage to find a Calibration Confirmation gadget built into MAX which does exactly what I want.  It is hidden away in an obscure place, but it is there.  After completing a calibration, select Calibration properties, and in there somewhere is a Verify calibration button.  This process looks very much like the original calibration.
