PCIe-6321 connects to a male cable and has a female port.

The recommended cable for 6321 is SHC68-68-EPM (63xx Models : DAQ Multifunction I/O Cable and Accessory Compatibility). SHC68-68-EPM has a VHDCI male connector at the device side (68-Pin VHDCI Cables : DAQ Multifunction I/O Cable Guide).
