Actually, the BNC2090 doesn't have a minimum or maximum current for digital I/O. It is just an adapter to an actual DAQ board. The information should be the documentation that you got with the board or it's available on-line here.

Hello,
I want to use a BNC 2090A board to trigger LED light with an digital output channel. The channel is now used to trigger thorlab LED controller. But now I want to connect a 5V 350mA high power LED direct to one of the digital output channels. I'm afraid that the current is to much and it will cause damage on the board.
Would be very nice if somebody could help me with this porblem.
Best,
Klaus

As has already been stated, the BNC2090A is just a connector block for a DAQ card. What DAQ card are you using? You will likely need an industrial level DIO card to work with that much current.
