Floating Signal or
Ground-Referenced Signal?
If I acquire this signal ,which is the best way of test?
RSE? NRES? DIFF?

It depdends on the implementation of your DVD player.
If available, I would look into getting the data via optical connection, this way you can basically define the scheme yourself.
