When I send an ai_read to my ATMIO64-E sometimes I get a bad read

I'm having problems reading signals, actually I have some Amperage
signals and some temperature, when I read Amperage alone I have no
problems, but when I read (ai_read or ai_vread or CWAI or CWAIPoint)
multiple ports consecutive, the value is wrong.

Have you tried reading your signals using MAX? You can try reading one channel at a time, or reading all channels. If your problem continues when reading all channels with MAX, then you may have a problem with charge injection.

If your readings work in MAX, then your problem is probably with your program. Are you using LabVIEW?
