Where to get old AT-MIO-16 card?

I'm looking for a functional AT-MIO-16 card to replace the back-up card (that we just needed) on a piece of industrial test equipment.

Anyone have a source for old NI boards?

I'm hoping for someplace like the referb test equipment companies, except for PC cards.
