Which PCMCIA or USB DAQ card to buy?

For the needs of my project I would like to read 2 quadrature encoders and
have 2 analog outputs (0 to +5 V) to control 2 motors simultaneously.
What PCMCIA or USB card would you recommend to me?

The PCI card that I used for the same project was the NI PCI-6221.

Would USB 6221 fit my needs?
