Why am I getting error -1967362020 if I run the compiled code?

I want to change the Binding URL of a shared variable from an application (EXE). I have used the "property node" to modify two attributes "enable binding" and "Network URL". I have tested the VI under labview development project and obtained a successful result; however once I compiled the vi and run the executable it brings an error number -1967362020.

There was a typo in the previous e-mail. The CAR ID is 4FTC7ETM.

Also, using 8.2.1 is a possible workaround for this matter.

I am getting this error using LV 8.5 when trying to build my application. I works great in development environment but produces this error when builded.

Property Node (arg 1) in AT-SV Lookup.vi->demoSV.vi

Error code is -1967362020
