Why cant I connect to my device? Error code 50802

With one computer, I am able to see my 9163 device when connected throught the LAN line and do anything I need with it .  When I disconnect and take it to another computer, I can see the device through MAX but cannot connect to it.  When I try I get error 50208.  I have checked the proxy setting and it is unchecked. 

 

I have the current firmware (1.1.0f2).

 

Any other advice for me?

Hello,

 

Since the device is working succcessfully in the first computer, please review the network configuration settings in the second computer/compare the settings with the first computer/contact your Network administrator to ensure that both computers have similar settings. In some cases, certain third party software e.g. VPN clients create additional network connection entries in the Windows Operating System. When this happens, each entry may have a unique IP address assigned to it by the host computer even when not connected to a route.
