Why does making my AO Create a subVI not work?

I have a PCI-6251. I make a simple DAQmx write sequence using a Create Task, Create Channel, Write, and Clear. It works fine.

When I copy/paste the Create Task, Create Channel blocks and make them a subVI with the proper connectors and all, it does not work. Is there some VI Property I need to change or set on the subVI?

Sorry, the output_test.vi should have a different Task and Channel Name than appear in my attachments so as not to be the same as the subVI.

I just set the VI Properties for the subVI by unchecking the Reentrant execution and it seems to work everytime now.

Did I just solve my own problem?
