Why doesn't my 6052-E board write the correct voltage?

There is nothing I did out of the ordinary. It just stopped working right. 6052-E board writes approximately half the value I tell it to. I removed the board, then replaced it. Now my computer doesn't even see it. I did go through the online tests for the board and had the results sent to National Instruments. You should have it. I need to fix this board FAST. Thank you.

Bill;

It's looking like there was some sort of power surge or something else that damaged your device.
The best bet now is to install the same board on a different machine to make sure the board is damaged.
