Wrong sample rate using TEDS

Solved!
Go to solution

I think this might be a bug, but I would like to know what everyone else thinks.  I have multiple analog input cards in my cDAQ and I am reading them at 500Hz.  If I add my 9237 card with load cells using the TEDS technology, the samples come into my application at ~1600 samples a second.

My test task below shows continuous samples at 500Hz or 500 S/s, but I get around 1600 S/s.  No mater what I change my samle rate to, I still get ~1600 S/s.  Do I have something setup wrong, or is this a bug?

Thanks, Doug

Here is a snapshot of NI's sample Bridge program showing the timing problem.

The ' bug' is in you not reading the specs. Look at what it says about the minimum sampling rate.

This is an important lesson that all students should learn before entering the real world.

Thanks for the quick response and you are correct that I did not notice the Minimum sampling rate in the specs.  The only reason I though it might be a bug was the fact that yesterday, NI tech support could not figure it out and had to do more research.  I guess they need to learn the same lesson.  In all my years, this is the first card that I used that I ran into the minimum sample rate.
