about the sample frequency of PCI-6723

According to the specification of PCI-6723, the fastest sample frequency is 45kSample/s with 32 channels working simultaneously. But It still worked very well when I set the sample frequency to 200kSample/s with 32 channels working simultaneously. Will this configuration damage the hardware?

OK. I assume you mean Update rate not sample frequency.  As long as you are using the onboard buffer you can achieve 204Ks/s on 32 chanels.  since you are not getting an error from the device and things are working this is probably what you are doing.

Had you requested some rate that could not be achieved you would have gotten an error.  And the hardware would not be damaged by a incorrect update rate setting.  You are good to go!

Update rate = the period between changes to an analog or digital output.

Sample rate= the period between conversions of analog or digital input.

Sample Frequency = 1/ sample rate.

We sample inputs and update outputs- just a matter of jargon
