analog input channel 0 can not work (PCI-mio-16E-4)

I use above daq board connected to daq signal accessory. On the test panels is shown an unusual reading.I would like to confirm is it channel 0 work perfect? I got 6 labview stations in my university (university of central oklahoma). Only this station can not measure temperature.

Your "bad" channel looks more like it's been grounded. I don't know how you have your daq signal accessory hooked up, but has a pin bent? Can you put an ohmmeter on the input pins of the card, and verify that they are not shorted?

Thanks for your reply. I alreaday use the ohmmeter to check board,but it isn't shorted to ground. Do you have any solution for it? Thanks

Is it shorted when you connect your signal to it?
