The AT-MIO-16 has many different models. Only the Plug and Play E-Series models have a driver for Windows 2000 or XP. You can find more info under the link JB posted. You will specifically want to look at the Plug and Play ISA/PC/AT section. One other factor to consider is how you will be using the board. Are you working with LabVIEW or another programming language? You will want to make sure the driver also provides support for your programming environment.
If you need further advice on the version of the Traditional DAQ driver to install, please post back with the exact model number and how you will be using the card (i.e. LabVIEW version x.x or otherwise).
