Can AT-MIO16E-10 support buffered digital output? The examples given by NI gave "error 10403. The specified device does not support the requested action", resulted from Digital Buffer Config vi execution.

No, that E-series card does not support buffered digital I/O.

The AT-MIO-16E-10, or any other E Series board, will be unable to perform buffered digital output. You will need to consider one of our high-speed digital boards, such as the NI 653x series.
