cDAQ-9133 not detected in LabVIEW as a new hardware or target

Hi,

I am using NI cDAQ-9133, and currently NI MAX and NI device monitor are able to detect the cDAQ controller but it shows 'no device found' under 'Real-Time CompactRIO' option in Add Targets and Devices Dialog Box when I try to use LabVIEW, as the figure shown.

And here is the list of the software that I have already installed

Please help me out, Thanks so much!

I have installed LabVIEW 2016 (both 32bit and 64bit), LabVIEW 2016 Real-Time Module, LabVIEW 2016 FPGA module, NI-DAQmx 15.5 and 16.0, NI-CompactRIO 16.0.

Did I miss to install some kinds of software?

Please help me out, thx so much!

I have the same problem.

Somebody know how we can fix this?

Maybe I'm missing something, but what compactRIO hardware you are expecting to see there? the cDAQ-9133 is not a cRIO system.

Hi,

I agree with @douwe123 completely on this. The cDAQ-9133 should appear under the Real-Time CompactDAQ option under Targets and Devices in LabVIEW.

However, it seems you do not have this option in LabVIEW itself. Thus I would like to ask whether you are using LabVIEW 2016 (32-bit), which is the only one that has the Real-Time module installed? Also, please confirm that you installed LabVIEW 2016 before installing LabVIEW Real-time and DAQmx.

Kind Regards,

Jeneni
