cDAQ 9184 not detecting in NI MAX, Status Yellow LED three times blinking (firmware image croupted)

Hello Everyone,

I am having one problem. My cDAQ 9184 Chassis is not detecting in NI MAX and the status LED is three times blinking yellow color. I am trying to troubleshoot but not getting success. I follow under below link but still, the chassis is not detecting.

Can some help me to solve this problem?

Network cDAQ chassis can have their firmware corrupted during updates in some rare cases. When this happens, the cDAQ should be put in recovery mode. Once in recovery mode, the Network cDAQ Recovery Utility will reset its firmware, and the update can be retried. 

To put the cDAQ in recovery mode, perform the following steps: 

1. Download the Network cDAQ Recovery Utility .
2. Remove power from the cDAQ.
3. Press in the reset button and hold.
4. Apply power to the cDAQ.
5. Wait for the status LED to start blinking.
6. Release the reset button.
7. Run the Network cDAQ Recovery Utility.

Thanks for the information. I follow the steps which you have mentioned. Unfortunately, it is also not detecting chassis here. On the bottom right side of the photo HOST NIC IP address is detecting but in the table chassis is not detected. Even many times Refresh List and Update Chassis bottom clicked did but not get success.
