cannot trigger both DAQ and camera

Solved!

Hello,

I want to synchronize a camera and a pressure transducer. The pressure transducer is connected to a NI USB-6251.

I'm using a TTL signal to trigger (the trigger signal is coming from a Labjack). If I connect only the camera, I can trigger it without trouble. If I connect only the DAQ card, I can trigger without trouble. If I use a T-connector to both trigger the camera and the DAQ card, only the DAQ card is triggered.

Any idea of the source of the problem and how I can fix it? Thanks!

Have you checked the "TTL"  signal after splitting? Are the levels still TTL?

I didn't check, but clearly it's affected by the presence of the camera or DAQ card. I'll check it right now, but if the TTL is modified, that means I have an impedance problem, right? How can I fix this?

Thanks,

Ok, so I checked my TTL signal and it was perturbed once splitted. I pulled out another TTL signal such that the camera and the DAQ card has each one its own TTL trigger: it's working nicely and now I can enjoy my weekend :))

Thanks
