What are max currents at 6713 DIO and DACOUT outputs. Is there any internal output protection or current limit in case of shortening these outputs.

The specs for the 6713 can be found in the user manual at http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/322080e.pdf. The DIO lines are rated for -320uA to 10 uA and the DACOUT is rated for 5mA per channel, not to exceed 20mA total. The DACOUT is the only one that has short circuit protection. So be very careful not to short out the DIO lines.
