cb 68 t nd thermistors connection

Hi, i'm using a Cb 68 t connected to PXI 4351. To this board i've connected 14 thermistors. The termistors have 2 wires because they don't need the 3rd or 4th wire for the parasist current. I have this problem from ch8 to ch 15 the resistance values are read correctly, instead from 2 ch to 7 ch the resistance values are read around zero or as a negative values.

The thermistors at 25 °C release 30 kOhm, and i'm sure that my thermistors run correctlt because i've checked them by a multimeter.

Can someone help me?

Have a nice time

Hi Ema,

first of all make sure you have installed the last versions of the drivers required by PXI-4351 (TraditionalDAQ 7.4.4 and NI-435x 2.5.2). Also check that the terminal block is correctly installed (see the manual here) and all is properly connected.

Are you obtaining those readings in Measurement & Automation Explorer or in your software? In this last case, please check also the readings you obtain in MAX (to be sure it is not a software problem).

What option are you selecting for CJC sensor?

Did the board ever worked fine? Have you tried it also in another slot or with different cables?

Bye!
