cdaq 9171 - ai 9219 error 200019

Hello,

sorry, but i got this message : "ADC conversion attempted before prior conversion was complete. Increase the period between ADC conversions. If you are using an external clock, check your signal for the presence of noise or glitches." And I don't know what to do.

My configuration is:

LV 2012

cDAQ 9171

AI 9219

What I've done till know:

-changing the resolution

-changing Rate and Buffer Size

-Connection seems to be okay (Test in MAX)

Sorry to piggyback on your post.

When I install my 9219 into my 9171 it shows up as an unsupported module "cDAQ1MOD1".

Did you have this issue?

no sorry, my device was simply defective.

i sent it to NI, and they repaired it

My problem was a bent pin (6) down in the cDAQ-9171.

Repaired that and it works!!
