I try to see the difference between input and output. I discovered they are very close in value when I run the vi  at the first time.When I run again,they have a great difference at first point.If I turn off the switch of the 9172 and turn on again.They are close again.I thing there must be somewhere I didn't configure well.Conld you tell me how to configure?

In this vi,I try to see the difference in value between input voltage and output voltage at the same time. Because they are of same sample rate and the same trigger time.They are synchronization.So,They should be very close in value at every time point.But,I discovered they are very close when I run the vi  at the first time.When I run again,they have a great difference at first point(from runing result,you can see this).If I turn off the switch of the 9172 and turn on again.They are close again.I thing there must be somewhere I didn't configure well.Conld you tell me how to configure?
