Hi Friends,

I am working on a labview project wherein i want to send some data to the spartan 3e board while the labview program is running in a cyclic process.

I just want to know the data acquisition board used to interface with spartan 3e to send the data.

You don't need another board to interface with Spartan 3E; it has Flash, USB and JTAG programming interfaces built in.

Yes, you should be able to; that's what the interfaces are there for. I don't have any examples but they should be in the driver linked above.
