I got the solution for "Device is not Available for Routing" error today.
The solution suggest Reset Device. however, "Reset Device" is not activating in my device right-click list. How can i do!?
Instead of first solution, I try second solution "reinstall".
I know, first remove the device. however, In my window device manager didn't have data acquisition folder.
how can i do?
Device is not Available for Routing 에러에 대한 solution을 제공 받았는데,
1. solution내용 중 Reset Device하라고 되어 있습니다. 하지만 제 device의 Reset Device가 활성화 되어 있지 않아 할수가 없는데요, 어떻게 해야 하나요?
2. 1번 내용을 진행하다 error가 나면 divice uninstall하라고 되어 있습니다. 저의 경우 error가 생기진 않지만, Reset을 할 수 없기에 시도해 보려 했는데,
Device Manager에 Data Acquisition folder도 없고, 대신 system device가 있어 들어가 보았으나, 제 device이름은 보이지 않아 uninstall이 불가능 한데요,
어떻게 해야 하나요?
