digital output as a small power source

I just want to ask some curiousity about digital output.

Can I use +5V or port0 terminal as a power source (+5V, less than 1mA) without introducing some noise or malfunction?

I atached my PXIe-6124 specification document (page#6).

Hello Labmaster,

The 6124's output high sourcing current is up to 24mA on port 0.  You should be fine with less than 1mA using the line has a power source.   The digital I/O lines are often used as a power source for devices with low power requirements such as relays, LEDs, etc.
