error installing hardware for pci6111e

Hi all,
I'm having trouble installing my PCI-6111e. I am running an XP machine and have downloaded the latest NIDAQ drivers. after running the installation, i connected the card and resetted the machine. When its loaded it detects the card and then attempts to install the PCI6111 drivers. But this is where it fails. Whiling attempting to install the drivers for the card it stops and says the "invalid data" then labels the card as a PCI device in the device manager.

Does anyone know the reason for this????

What is the exact error message that you receive? Have you tried reinstalling the driver? If this does not fix the problem, you should download the driver again. Furthermore, you may consider installing the board in another to computer to verify that it does install properly.
