failed to load shared library lvdaq.llb on rt target device

Hi,

I am using a PCI-7030-6040E DAQ device and got all legacy software installed. in other words, the card is working and as long as I do not load anything sofisticated on it I am fine. But now, I want to use the card to set a value to a single analog channel out ie. 2 volt.but when I load my vi it gives me the following error message:

failed to load shared library lvdaq.llb on rt target device

Now, I have been looking through various forums and cannot find the solution that fits this card. The software versions I use are Labview 7, labview RT 7. I have the legacy pack installed: TDAQ744. I can start the card and load simple vi to it. for example to use the shared memory but I can not use it to download a vi to read or write to an analogue channel.

I guess, I have to load something to the card but I can not find how to. Most posts I found describing simular problems talk about starting the RT wizard (I can not find it) or downloading from within max, which also does not seem to be possible. Max version: 4.2.1

I hope there is someone that can help me. I know its old software / hardware but due to a computer crash I had to rebuild from scrath - that is when I encountered this problem. The irony is, that if all this works we probably will invest in new hardware but first we need to build a proof of concept.

Regards

Weel, I sorted the problem.

The problem was the hyper threading on the computer which prevented VI's to be downloaded to the RT board. the computer did not allow me to disable the hyper threading option so I installed all on a new computer. And now all is working. yeah.
