Do NOT post files that are almost 3 MB in size! I won't even bother looking at such things.  If you want to post images, use png format. You can just use Paint and not bother with power point either (which is just silly). Even better than the image is to post the actual VI. No one can debug a picture.

How far have you gotten with the example in the help file? Have you looked at the example? If you haven't, there is a step-by-step procedure under the topic 'stand-alone applications'. After you are done with that, look under the topic 'installer's for a how-to in creating an installer and the  necessary files/drivers on a pc without LabVIEW.

You first need to install the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine and then run the executable.
