Hi JohnSimon,
The SCB-68 is just a signal accessory so it doesn't need to be configured in windows. You just connect it via a cable to your DAQCard, connect your transducer then instruct your software to read off whatever channel you've connected your transducer to.
Try adding the device to the Measurement and Automation Explorer by right-clicking on Traditional NI DAQ Devices under the Devices and Interfaces tree. From the right click menu, select Add Device... and follow the directions.
If that doesn't work, and the device is missing from the Windows device manager, a problem may have been introduced when you tried to manually install your hardware. Remove your DAQCard and do a repair on NI-DAQ, then plug your card back in.
When you have repaired your software and reinstalled your hardware, try adding the device to the Measurement and Automation Explorer again.
If this doesn't work you may need to remove NI DAQ completely and reinstall it.
Good luck with it,

Hi JohnSimon,
The pin diagram for the SCB-68 will be different to that of your card as your card has only 50 pins while the SCB-68 has 68 pins. Here is a cable map for a 68 pin connector to a 50 pin connector. It should tell you the pins you need to connect your signals to.
I hope this helps.
