how to filter out noise from experimental data?

i am using ni usb 6009 to acquire signal from full bridge strain gage amplified by an instrumentation amplifier.  I have already done data logging, have already accumulated large amount of data to analyze.  my problem is that the signal is a little bit noisy.  How can i filter out the noise from my experimental data?

You could use offline digital filtering to remove the noise from your acquired data
