how to input 4 bit digital input data and read via PCI-6221 in to labview 8.2?

I am a Graduating student working on a final graduation project. My project contains two parts the transmitter and the reciever. On the transmitter side am measuring biosignal after conditioning and diaplay am transmitting it via wireless to  the reciever side. The data recieved is a four bit data and is diaplayed on LCD. Now i need to input this 4bit Digital data throught the DAQ ( DAQ Type: PCI-6221) to Labview. Can you help me in solving this problem as to how to make the DAQ read and show on LABview the 4bit data that am recieving?

Well aren't you going to use the digitial signal inputs to read from the receiver into the DAQ? Have you connected the signals?
