Hi Asmie,
I consider this a good question and let me address it with some assumptions.
There are many two wire current sensors out there, yours I think is this datasheet. As you can see in page two, you need to supply voltage to this sensor (9-32 Vdc) so it can generate the current. Then, you can use a constant resistor in series to measure the voltage drop on it with any voltage analog input module. You can also connect it to SCC-CI20 and configure that module directly in Measurement and Automation Explorer. Now the value of the resistor has to be low enough so that it does not affect the circuit and large enough so that it does not consumes much power. There is no unique answer for this.
