i got a problem while acquiring the voltage through cDAQ Module

Hello,

I have cDAQ, PXI modules Through which i perform data Acquisition. The acquisition though PXI card is fine, but all the problem i got is when i acquire the voltage signal through the cdaq Module. The cDAQ Module is NI 9219 Universal Module. before acuisition, let us thimk that the voltage will be at 0V, while i perform the acquisition, i increase the voltage to 20V or 30V The sampling rate, with which i acquire the samples is 100 S/s. or watever the valvue it may be, i am receiving the inbetween voltages.i.e i am expecting a perfect step voltage, but i am not able to get a perfect step voltage because of this behaviour. the voltage range is provided as +/-60V for this device. is this the problem of higher resolution or sampling rate? please help me to get rid of this problem.

Greetings,

Can you post an image of the expected result and what you are actually getting from the 9219?

Best regards

Matej

And what PXI module are you using that "is fine"?

You aren't supposed to get a perfect step from 0 to the new voltage so there is no problem.
