The conversion depends on the kind of lense you are using working distance etc. This System Setup tutorial should give you the details about what you need to find the conversion.
You can also use the spatial calibration VIs to acount for distortion and apply the conversion from pixels to real world. Here are a number of documents which cover Spatial Calibration.
