I must make a pulse of 10ms and wait and mesure the response but I do not know how make the pulse.

Unfortunately I don't have any experience with RIO and NI-Vision.  I did notice that the documentation for this card https://www.ni.com/docs/en-US/bundle/371578d/resource/371578d.pdf has a section dedicated to pulse generation.  I would expect that when you loaded the NI-Vision software on your pc that several examples were installed as well.

Hi,

I noticed there is a VI that can generate a pulse "IMAQ generate pulse" you can then define a trigger line to use. It can be internal lines (RTSI) or external lines, (digital I/O)
I suggest you to read this document page 2-4 describes you the connections.
