You should be able to answer this question yourself by simply looking at the specs. Did you even try searching for them? Why don't you just do a search for 6024E? If you can't find the answer in less than 5 minutes, post back.

Did you really search for 6024E? Here's the page. Click on the specifications tab.

when i have gone through specifications of 6024 E....the below mentioned details i got....so can i customize the card? or is it a hardware limitation?
| Max Voltage | 10 V |
| Maximum Voltage Range | -10 V , 10 V |
| Maximum Voltage Range Accuracy | 8.127 mV |
| Minimum Voltage Range | -10 V , 10 V |

How about using a 100:1 voltage divider?
Here is a nice one (better than the card 😉 ), however with this card I would use a 8k2 and 100R with a low offset OP for buffering if needed and do the rest in software... (or add a 200R trim, but two R with same tempco are better for stability)
