ni usb 6008 daq wrong voltage when using test panel

the pictures attached is how I connect the wire,  and the setting I used.  it suppose to get the value set in voltage output.,  instead I got value like in my opening post attachment

You are getting the same voltage in the read that you set with the write.

ok let me start over.

im using labview 2012 with max 9.6

attachment 1 is my wiring for ni usb 6008 daq

attachment 2 is the value i set

attachment 3 is the actual output i get which is wrong

Double check that there are no loose wires. Verify that you did not shut off the analog output when you moved to the analog in test panel (i.e. check with a dmm). Connect the analog out gnd to analog in gnd and try a RSE measurement.
