ni usb-6210

Hi all.....need some help...i'm suspecting my Ni usb-6210 is faulty.....if i buy a new unit for replacement, is there any installation needed? or it can straight away use?

USB is plug and play.

Just get sure that the new device comes up in MAX with the same identifier, e.g. Dev1

 

Btw, are you sure its faulty? -> DAQ Diagnostic Utility Version 2.0 for Windows 2000/XP

actually i'm not really sure..this is my first time using this card..i've checked other parts of my equips are functioning ok and only left this card haven't verified...so i'm suspecting this card is the cause of my equips malfunction..don't have any experience how to verify it

Using utility Christian provides, you should be able to find out which function of your DAQ has a problem.
If there's no trouble found, it should be a problem with configuration or physical connection.
If so, give us detail information on how do you configure and connect your hardware, and what exactly the problem is so that we can further investigate the problem.
