There is no function in NI DAQmx that will emulate the same functionality as shown in your diagram immediately. I may recommend that you take a look at some of the examples in LabVIEW for digital output. You can access the examples in the NI Example Finder. To get to the NI Example Finder, you can navigate to Help>>Find Examples in the top of any LabVIEW window. From there, there are many different examples of how to communicate the same way as your diagram, but they will all require some configuration. Please let me know if you have trouble finding the examples and I will do my best to help you with your understanding of NI-DAQmx and communicating with hardware. What version of LabVIEW are you using? What hardware do you have?
