noise on second DAQ board

I am using two PCI 6024E DAQ cards to read several pressure sensors (max 50 mV). While everything works great on the first card, I see a noise on the second one (every 15 seconds about 2 mV plus and then minus during 3 seconds). I just change the card by connecting the connector block to the second device, so everything else is exactly the same. Where can this noise possibly come from?

15 seconds, that's pretty infrequent with respect to PC bus/device frequencies. I would guess a potential source of noise would be the location or slot the card is plugged into on the motherboard. Maybe the noisy card is closer to a video card or the PC power supply? Do you have any other available PCI slots to relocate the noisy card to?
