pci-6221 not detected

we have pci-6221 Multifunction DAQ card
using labview2011 NI-DAQmx-14.5, win7 32bit
in Measurement& Automation Explorer we see this pic

I remember answering this some time ago: DAQ can't distinguish the PCI-6221 card

Tl,dr: Make sure you install the driver without the PCI card in the computer, then turn off, plug in the card, and turn on again.
