I want to generate a pulse train using my DAQ 6020 E(BNC) board and with NI-DAQ (Legacy) and the "MAX" as the software. I did not understand the manual completely but i think i need to use analog output especially CTR0 or CTR1 to generate pulse train. How do i program using MAX the CTR0 etc to generate the desired pulse? Assume i need a pulse of 10ms on period and 50 ms off period and amplitude=5V. I know how to program analog output terminal DAC0 using MAX to generate a steady constant voltage=5V but dont know about the pulse generation. please guide!!!
